Just piping in to agree wholeheartedly about the French Toast (milk toast) at Pancake Pantry in Gatlinburg! BEST EVER! However, I think the company with whom you eat it can make the dish so much better! The Local's Chicken and French Toast is so good that we look for it elsewhere. Jax White Mule in Napa comes pretty darn close, I am happy to report!
Super true about the company!! I'm glad you found a chicken and French toast substitute on the West Coast. I could eat that stuff at every meal and not get sick of it. :)
